Please remember the following when hosting a meet:
1. A USA Registration Recon should be sent to
Chuck Hendershot about 1 week prior to the meet when all the
entries are recieved: (if you need directions on how to do
this contact Chuck)

2. After the completion of the meet a unlocked
Meet Manager backup should be sent to Jenny Pitchford for
submission to USA Swimming:

3. If you want your results posted on the West Virginia
Swimming website you must also send an unlocked Meet Manager back
up to Joy Kraus
