WV LSC Community:

I received these documents yesterday in an e-mail from USA Swimming regarding USA Swimming's model policy response to bullying and electronic communications.  Please review and be prepared to adopt them for your club in the very near future. 

The WV LSC will also be adopting their own policy which must take into account what the basic principles outlined in the USA Swimming models.  Please carefully review these 2 matters with your coaching staff; board members & eventually your athletes.
